In 2019, Team 461 showcased their prowess in robotics across multiple competitive platforms, commencing with notable appearances at the St. Joseph District event, Tippecanoe district event, Indiana state championship, and culminating in the esteemed world championship held in Detroit, Michigan. Noteworthy achievements included a commendable 9th place ranking at the St. Joseph event, advancing to the quarterfinals and securing the esteemed Excellence in Engineering Award. At the Tippecanoe event, they secured an 11th place ranking and progressed to the finals alongside teams 1720 and 6498, ultimately clinching 2nd place honors and the district chairman's award. Their performance at the Indiana state championship saw them secure a commendable 7th place ranking, advancing to the semifinals with teams 3494 and 3940, and ultimately securing the prestigious State Championship Chairman's Award, thereby earning them a coveted berth at the World Championship. Their participation in the World Championship's Curie division resulted in a commendable 13th place ranking. Furthermore, during the offseason, they engaged in rigorous competition at IRI, R2OC, and B3, where their standout performance culminated in a triumphant victory at R2OC.
